Rules and regulations

 

1) The short film / documentary shorts / music video must have been completed after 31st December, 2015.

2) The project shall not be more than 30 minutes for short film & documentary shorts And 7 minutes for music video including the beginning and end credits. Projects exceeding this time limit are liable for extra charges @ 100/- (for India and Bangladesh) or $2 (for foreigners) for every extra 5 minutes up to 15 minutes. There is no minimum running time limitation.

3) Only complete entries (including fees payment and screener) will be considered.

4) Any one can submit multiple projects.

5) Festival committee has right to use the entries / send / selected / nominated films, DVD and materials from the film for festival promotional purposes and to retain DVD copies of each film as part of our festival library. 

6) Films once selected & submitted for final screening will not be allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances until festival is over.

7) Once film submitted for selection will be considered as final and no changes will be entertained after submission. 

8) Film should be submitted before deadline. The J.R.Films International Film Festival committee is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, postage due, stolen or misappropriated entries.

9) The publicity material (Broacher, Stills, Poster etc.) and a synopsis of the short film to be enclosed with the entry. Entry materials submitted shall not be returned to the entrant.

10) Entry Forms with incorrect / inadequate / illegible / ambiguous / incomplete particulars will not be considered. The festival committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever. 

11) if any winner cant receive the award ceremony, will be charged for the delivery purpose.
